Isn't this the same project you were working on before?

I would still recommend giving yourself a smaller scope of a project rather than trying to get lots of people on your time. It will be hard for you to find people that want to work for free on such a big project.

You should see what you can achieve with the skills that you already have (since you already made that underground station I presume they're pretty decent) and go with that. You'll big your skillset a lot quicker this way.
