I like the environment, it looks pretty good for Unity 3d

Environments look pretty interesting however a lot of the scales are out. Planks of wood etc. Also your players look quite small in contrast. They also don't look like they belong in the same game.. Characters are always going to be tricky to approach, But especially the dude with the red overalls and yellow hat don't sit well for me.
Not as familiar with Unity as I'd like to be but it looks like you've put a lot of good work in to it on that side of things
Seems like you had a lot of work to do considering you're in a team also, good job!

I believe the player character is the default character that Unity provides for you until you use a custom one.
