Aldi, have you considered submitting this as a prefab? Feedback and downloads would give you some great insight, kudos and incentive to continue this type of project.
I enjoyed the trailer, Nick, really imparted the zombie movie feel. Funny, it was more engaging than I've found either L4D for some time now, so kudos to you mate.

It made me think of their generic tools, like Sketchup. I think you have a really good tool and interested in this develop.

I like the feel of it - high density, low quality apartments, though don't overdo it. Mix it up with other building...
Like this a lot, very, very cool. One minor issue; no sharp edges in pools, bevel those edges perhaps?
Someone else summed it up, which I concur with - set pieces and explosions; the actual gameplay is in first person, so what the trailer does compared to how the player will see the world are two...

I like the idea of using Hammer and converting to Radiant, that's a big appeal for me - a crossover tutorial/series or just more information would be nice.
