'Winter Town 2' is a remake of my Survival map 'Winter Town' for Left 4 Dead 2.
When i decided to port the level over to Left 4 Dead 2 i chose to reduce the level down to it's bare bones. I wanted only to have the world brushes remaining. I then made the entire level NODRAW textures. I wanted the level to be far different to the original level so it felt like a new map.
The cafe from the original has been expanded to include the upper floors. The upper floors will be a shop.

This building has been almost completely rebuilt. I was never happy with the original look, but never changed it.

Likewise i was never happy with how flat this building was, I wanted to improve it and include an interior. I'm still toying with allowing the players to enter the building. With this map being a Survival level i don't want it to be too big.

This blocks the player and keeps them within the playable area.

I've slightly re-designed the front of the Hotel and improved the interior. Other than that, the Hotel doesn't change much.

After rebuilding much of the level i decided to have another go at the cenotaph in the centre of the level.

Please ignore the fog, envrionment light and skybox. Consider them placeholder :-)
That's all i have so far. I plan to release a beta within the next couple of days.
