View Full Version : Dear Esther goes commercial
Official site (http://dear-esther.com/)
Robert Briscoe's devblog latest update (http://www.littlelostpoly.co.uk/devblog/)
Was pretty happy to hear this.
That is great for them. I think all good mods should be able to go independent and make a bit of cash, that should in most cases lead to better games.
Some of the comments where shocking on ModDB though, would make me think twice about using that site.
ModDB users are idiots
It makes sense that they want indie and they deserve it.
It makes me proud you guys look at other sites and say to yourselves you don't like that kind of behaviour, we prefer it here.
Seriously, you guys make me feel so proud of you, what we have here.
The environments are really pretty crazy good. When you look at the mod that was released and the screenshots released for the commercial version, it's night and day.
I haven't read up too much on it, is it still source engine? If so... man. That looks nothing like it!
