Hey WoLD, As I said yesterday in the introduction thread I'm going to post my WiP of my titan quest level.
This is my first map ever with this editor and my plans for this map came just by building it slowly and adjusting things by time.
Here is a overview of the map. I already slightly changed some aspects inside and arround the town not yet visible in this image:

I try to make a small singleplayer level with one main quest and perhaps one or two side quests. I haven't made any quests yet.
I also, and this is quite important, have not been able to launch this map inside the game itself. every time I try to launch it from the menu's it just opens the first level of the single player of the main game. Hopefully someone knows how to (I am going to google soon enough too)
Here Are some close up images and one topview:

Please criticize my work but also motivate me to finish it and publish it!
Thanks
I have a general question, if you don't mind.
Where does the editor come from for Titan Quest? Is it included with the game or is it a separate download? How do you get into it? I'm curious!

It is included with the game. I downloaded it from steam including the extension so I don't know if you only need the normal game or also the DLC
Huh, I had no idea. Thanks! I'll look into it...

Looking pretty good Bart. If you can make a video of gameplay of your level that would be great

I can't record with my current computer. And because of this import to the game problem I also cant make pictures of gameplay.
Tomorrow I will see if I can import it into the game!
Wow, I had never seen this editor before. It looks like a far more advanced NW2 toolset.
Do you have any pre-planning sketches we could see, or is this pretty improvisational?
I'm loving the detail in the second shot, I'm interested in seeing where this goes.

Because this is my first level with this editor I just tried some options and when I thought it fit I kept it.
Right now I have only gotten into designing the level and not yet to scripting so I can not compare it to NW2.
thanks!
Hey, thanks for the heads up on this editor. I've got it installed and I'll give it a proper once over this weekend. Whee!!

Very nice, all I can think of at the moment is that it needs more landmarks.
Looks cool! Are there more rock models? Maybe you could use a few in some of the steep hill/cliff areas? Just an idea - I have no idea how the editor works, what assets you have available, or anything for that matter!

If I want to make some usefull landmarks I first have to find out how the questeditor works. but then again, some landmarks won't hurt :P
I'm right now working on the cliffs and the steep road you see at the end of the video.
In this editor you can use all of the assets used in the game. these are lists and lists of tree's, houses, creatures and even models removed from the original game.

These are great :)
What do you think the first quest will be? Hunting rats perhaps?
